the room was quite spacious and clean. there was enough space for the two of us and our luggage. the common kitchen has multiple fridges and essential cooking equipment for meal preparation. i liked the availability of parking and the breakfast provided a decent start to the day.

The location offered easy access to transportation. Both train and metro were within walking distance. i found the staff to be friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. the breakfast was decent. A comforting start to my days. the beds provided a restful sleep. The rooms are surprisingly spacious.
i noticed the bins in our room were not emptied until i requested it on the third day. while the issue was addressed, it was an inconvenience. i hoped for more proactive service in maintaining the room's cleanliness .

great experience in sydhavn

the staff was friendly and spoke english. they were ready to assist. i liked exploring the waterfront of sydhaven. it's a great place and i think in the summer you could grab your bathing suit and go swimming 5 mins walk from the hotel. i really liked the common area, it was inviting and cozy to spend time.
we had booked a room for three adults. there was no indication that the room would include one large bed and two smaller ones. it was not fully clean. there was moisture on the window and mold spots around the frame.

I liked the presence of the breakfast area. It offered many choices. i saw a chill area near it and a play room for the kids. I appreciate that detail. we even had nice pizza very late when we arrived after a long trip.

our room included a hair dryer, body wash and hand wash. there were hangers to hang your coat, a small table with two seats and a little shelf. the room included a tv, table with chairs, and a bed with chargers.

The location is close to public transport. i noticed it takes only 10 minutes to the city center by metro. the hotel is near the harbour area. Perfect for a walk. it's really close to train and public transport. That was useful.
